I love Oregon 2014

i love Oregon.  Sunday, I had a major Asthma attack.  It was really bad. I am on doctor's, parent's and friend's orders to bed rest.  Wow, there have been a few grape soda moments over the past two years.  I have really started to grow up and work out some serious Petty Cash.  its great to live here except when the temp goes over 85.

What am I currently working on?

Well, first -- I am taking some classes towards a Masters In Education at Western Oregon.  I work at as Legal Assistant at a law firm.   I am active Rotarian in the Downtown Club just elected for a two year Board of Director term!  Yeah!

I still serve as a Board Member for the United Way of the Mid-Willamette Valley as well as SAY GOLF.   I volunteer my time for several groups in the area.   I just like helping out under my own rules.

Finally, I am thankful to friends and loved ones who really help me.

Here is my latest project!  20th Annual Rotary Golf tournament at Creekside.  We raise funds for service projects for clubs in Salem, Stayton,  and Keizer.

  1. With your job, school, and volunteer work, you clearly have a full life. It's great to see your work on your Master's degree. And, it's very inspiring to read of all your volunteer work. If only more people would set aside a bit of time in their busy live to help others through volunteering, there would be a million more "grape soda moments." Keep up the great work!
